Return policy for postpartum products

All postpartum product sales are final. However, size exchanges for Bengkung belly binds may be requested via email, provided the original bind is free from stains or damage.

If your product arrives damaged, please email us clear photos of the damage along with your order details. Once reviewed, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Cancelation and Refund policy for all services

We understand that plans may change. If you cancel within 7 days of purchasing our service, you are eligible for a partial refund, minus the deposit stated on service info. After 14 days, refunds are not available. Our services can be used up to 3 months postpartum. If you are unable to use them, you have the option to donate them to another mother.
