This service is done 24 hours to four days after birth, or four to seven days after a c-section. You will receive your own bengkung bind, either the traditional or modern one, and Belly Firming Butter. I will come over and explain how to use these products, let you practice it and also like to include your partner so they too can learn how this is done. If a virtual session is preferred, please let me know.

The abdominal paste you will receive helps with blood circulation, release in water retention and trapped air as well as bringing warmth back to the womb and aid in shrinking the uterus and stretched out skin. The bind is kept on for 10 to 12 hours in the day, normally from the moment you wake up to before you go to bed. This is done for the traditional 6 weeks for best results.

This session is usually 30 to 40 minutes.
